I have countless photos of this area because we used to live nearby and walk our dog here. Seascape park is a very relaxing place to stroll with seniors who need someplace level to use a walker. There is a small kids’ monkey bars and a (maybe?) quarter mile loop around the park.
Nice and quiet location, situated in Seascape. It has a vast walking trail that encompasses the grounds and circles along the scenic cliffs. The benches are well suited for some relaxation amongst the fresh breeze that emits from the sea.
Unlike the attached resort, there is no beach access. However, the views are amazing, and all cliffs are well fenced off so less to worry about with little ones.
This is a great place to come for a fantastic walk on the beach with friends, alone and dogs!
Getting married at Seascape County Park
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
