From the moment I arrived to the moment I left the property I felt that Seashore On The Sand was my home. The staff is always ready to assist and make me feel comfortable with accomodations, recommendations and offering suggestions when I ask for one as well.
I can't say enough about how wonderful this spot is. We have stayed here 4x in the past. This charming beachside rental condo in Carlsbad is an absolute gem! Just steps away from the sand, it offers stunning ocean views from the balcony.
I've been coming to Carlsbad, California since the 70's when I first brought my oldest son to the Army Navy summer academy which is located in Carlsbad. It was then we realized that we found and fell in love with a quaint costal town filled with little shops and a variety of eateries throughout the village.
Seashore on The Sand is a true gem. We felt the warmth, welcoming and hospitality from the very beginning, and the communication was always smooth, polite and prompt. The apartment is perfectly located right on the sand and it is well equipped.
Getting married at Seashore on the Sand
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
