We have come here for the past 5 years for my husband's birthday in September. He loves to stay right on the beach and be able to surf. As a 50 year surfer it was a great place to stay. These last 2 years he can only boogie board no standing up on a surfboard anymore.
This hotel is right on the beach with your own private hot tub for two. You can order your dinner from there restaurant and eat in your room off the table on your own balcony or you can enjoy a nice meal at the restaurant on there balcony and enjoy the sunset and the ocean breeze.
The hotel is right on the beach. The boardwalk to the town, stores, and restaurants. Also there a little play area for kids to play and jacuzzi in some rooms. The rooms are beautiful. The only bad thing is that they don't have microwaves or refrigerators. Only wine fridge. That's not convenient for families.
The restaurant was awesome. We scored a patio seat at sunset. Jaycee was our server, she was the best server. Very attentive, funny, helpful and gave us great recommendations. We had the most lovely evening and cant wait to return again.
Getting married at SeaVenture Beach Hotel
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
