Our homeschool group’s event was here and the grounds and buildings are absolutely beautiful! Ms. Ann was so great to work with, so helpful, and she has such a passion for the incredible history of her family’s property (circa 1600’s). The indoor spaces are beautifully appointed, with plenty of bathrooms and seating.
I lost my grown up daughter last month and was looking for somewhere to have a Celebration of life. I came across this place and found it to be a absolutely gorgeous place. The owner was sweet as can be. The price was cheaper then any other place I was considering.
This place is so charming!! Attended a marriage ceremony this weekend, and honestly, it was such a lovely place to gather. Ann was a delight from the moment we met her, and she helped with any and every little request we needed.
Just had a wonderful weekend at the farm. Ann was a wonderful host and her delicious breakfasts delivered to the cottage door were an added bonus! The farm is amazing and we enjoyed walking the grounds while there. So beautiful and peaceful.

First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
