It was extremely clean and perfectly located near the beach and bars. It’s an ideal place to vacation; even in winter, the pool is heated! Ana and Mike are incredibly warm and friendly hosts. I will definitely choose this hotel again for my next vacation.
I rented a room for my friend Paul and I as we planned to go fishing tarpon in Boca Grande. I found Sun Life Beach Hotel while researching on Hotels.com, and liked the price and the rating of 9.8/10 stars and 100% great comments.
My son and I stayed here while working in the area and wish I would have found this place sooner bc it was very affordable and great location. Ana has such a gift of hospitality like it’s unreal to find genuine love for people in customer service and you can tell for sure.
Highly recommend. Ana was extremely kind from the moment she answered the phone when I called to make the reservation. She took her time to share with me good places to eat. By the way…. She nailed it with the restaurant recommendations!!!! The property is adorable and the rooms are very clean with an old Florida feel.
Getting married at Sun Life Beach Hotel
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
