My son got married at Mansion By the Sea on March 18, 2017 and it was the most beautiful wedding!!! My son and his (now) wife live out of state so I did most of the planning and the staff was so helpful with everything!!! Everyone that works there was amazing from start to finish.
My wedding isn’t until next year in April but Sean has been an awesome help to get my event booked! I went to see the place and it’s AMAZING! They have everything we need and don’t have to do much but show up! I’m so excited for my journey and especially my wedding day! I can just picture a PERFECT day next year 04.01.
Absolutely stunning wedding venue located right on the bay. We saw several dolphins 🐬, they have lemurs, and the views are gorgeous 😍. I would recommend bug spray as several of us got pretty torn up. The staff were courteous and kind. They had smiles and professionalism.

Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge.
