From the reviews
Probably one of the most elite, exclusive and upscale event venues in Seattle. The secluded location is perched on top of the Magnolia neighborhood overlooking Elliott Bay with a panoramic view of the Emerald City skyline.
Beautiful views to make whatever event you're celebrating that much better! And don't forget a jacket or wrap for the very cool evening breezes!
The Admiral's House is a truly one-of-a-kind venue that captures the essence of Seattle. If you tour this venue for a wedding and they have availability around your desired time frame - snatch it up as they will go quickly.
The Admirals House is truly one of the most stunning venues in Seattle. As a wedding photographer, shooting here is always a joy - the venue has so much to offer, with the character of the house itself, the green garden area wrapped in trees, and the lawn overlooking the water and and city.
Getting married at The Admiral's House
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
