The Asbury Hotel is simply one of the best places to stay on the Jersey Shore, and we keep coming back for good reason. From the moment you walk in, the vibe is just right. It’s cool, laid-back, and full of character. The ambiance hits that rare sweet spot between stylish and genuinely welcoming.
I came to Asbury Park for a quick 24 hour visit to attend a concert and The Asbury Hotel was the perfect place to stay overnight. Located directly next to Asbury Lanes the location was a convenient walk when returning late after the concert.
We had a fantastic Tuesday night stay with our 2.5 year old. The staff were friendly and accommodating from arrival, we felt relaxed and well looked after the whole stay. Our Park Suite was very clean and really comfortable. The swimming pool is well maintained and great for families.
We had our son’s wedding and reception at the hotel was an unbelievable experience. From the fantastic barista in the coffee lounge off the lobby to all the employees that help helped. If you’re planning a wedding and want everybody to be in one space this is the place! Thank you very much Hotel Asbury…
Getting married at The Asbury Hotel
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
