From the reviews
This place is remarkable. It’s so quiet and secluded away from the loud touristy parts of Clearwater Beach. My husband and I stayed for our anniversary and can’t wait to return. We are a more relaxed couple, and didn’t want to be awoken in the middle of the night by loud parties, or slamming doors or elevator dings.
Absolutely amazing! I cannot speak highly enough of the Inn, staff and overall experience. The cleanliness of the entire property is pristine. We visited with our children (9,3,1) and while it is not geared for children- we never felt out of place or unwelcome.
Gorgeous old building, though surrounded by condos so no views. Still extremely charming, hardwood floors in nice rooms with good beds. Great pool and hot tub. Croissants at your door in the morning are surprisingly good. Very friendly staff.
We enjoyed our stay at the Belleview Inn very much. We were looking for a relaxing weekend to spend time with friends. The staff was super helpful any time we had questions. Laurenz went out his way to find us a place to play cards even though there was a wedding party staying for the weekend.
Getting married at The Belleview Inn
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
