The Chapel at Seaside is quite extraordinary, and Jesus is there. The Chapel aesthetic is beach chic. The music is equally unique, and first song at the Christmas Eve service was what seemed to be a boho version of “O Come All Ye Faithful” with the music provided by a violin and a guitar.
Beautiful place for a wedding!!! The parking is just awkward. You have to park around the corner and either get the shuttle services if the wedding couple paid for it or 10 minutes walk... beautiful walk, but not good for the dress or make-up...
We recently filmed a wedding at the chapel and had an amazing experience! The event staff were so friendly and accommodating to our requests! They ensured that we were able to have the best spots possible to get the best videos for our couple! Also, the chapel is STUNNING!
Wonderful hidden gem in Seaside Florida just off of 30a. Tons of seating outside or within the chapel. Sitting inside is advised because of the gorgeous architecture of the building. Very farmhouse Santa Rosa Beach feeling.
Getting married at The Chapel at Seaside
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
