Beautiful new property right in the heart of Seaside. Perfectly adjacent to all the shops and restaurants, just across the street from the beach. Gorgeous room, ours had a nice private outdoor hanging bed which was just a perfect way to spend the evening hours.
We love to visit The Court. Dan and Kenneth are excellent. They truly make the visit top notch and ensure all is in place for a wonderful stay. The location cannot be beat with its easy accessibility to all things Seaside. The rooms are cozy and chic with beautiful Serena and Lily accents.
A peaceful and charming place near the coast. The atmosphere is calm, private, and very well suited for a relaxing stay. The design is simple but elegant, which adds to the overall experience.
Getting married at The Court - Seaside, Florida
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
