We just had our wedding at the Hounds this past weekend and it was absolutely amazing! The folks at the venue were very helpful and responsive, it was great communicating with Linda. They let us in early the day before and let us set up and we were able to pick up some decor the day after.
Just got married here! What an incredible experience. Choosing the right venue and vendors can be very stressful when planning a wedding. We immediately felt so comfortable after meeting Linda and Cindy. The Hounds understood our vision and made sure it happened.
My husband and I got married at The Hounds on October 3rd 2025 and we could not have envisioned a better location for our garden themed wedding. The grounds are magical with a stream running through the back and the gorgeous views of the meadows that make for the perfect photo backdrop.
We got married on June 14th, 2025 at The Hounds and we could not be happier with our experience! It’s a smaller venue but was perfect for our size wedding (85 guests) and had a homey feel to it. The bridal suite could not have been more perfect as you get a kitchen and full bathroom in it.
Getting married at The Hounds
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
