Drinks and appetizers for bagpipes at sunset was amazing. We walked from out cottage along Asilomar coastal trail and were able to find the trail to Inn and Spanish Bay. Asked around and went around the corner to fire pits to have a cocktail and snack. The bagpiper played for awhile. Check website for timing.
Brought my kid to the US Kids Tournament and stopped by The Inn at Spanish Bay for dinner. The view was magnificent, the food excellent, and the scenery stunning. It felt like a mini vacation. The kids played in the hotel backyard by the beach and loved jumping on the grass.
This is a picturesque place at Pebble Beach. Have a cocktail on the patio and watch the waves or catch a sunset. I was able to see the bagpipes when I was there.
The Inn at Spanish Bay provided an absolutely amazing experience that truly rivals a Four Seasons stay in every capacity. From the moment we arrived, the service was proactive and polished, making us feel completely taken care of throughout our entire visit.
Getting married at The Inn at Spanish Bay
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
