A wonderful stay at The Lin! I just spent a long weekend here, and it was perfect for a trip with friends, as it had communal rooms to hang out. My room was large, clean, and had adorable vintage furniture. I even had a cute balcony to hang out and have my friends over for wine at sunset.
My stay at The Lin was absolutely dreamy. I stayed in The Bianca room, and it was huge - so much space and natural light. The bed was incredibly comfy, and I loved kicking back in the rocking chairs on the patio, sipping my morning coffee, and listening to the birds in the trees.
The Lin Beach House is a beautiful house inside and out. The rooms were amazing. The mattress on the bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve slept on while traveling. The shower was amazing, the biggest shower I’ve ever been in. Complimentary espresso and pastries were delicious.
Perfect little getaway from NYC! The Lin Beach House is calm, cozy, and beautifully designed — the rooms really feel like home. The beach is quiet and just a short walk away, and there are plenty of great restaurants and wineries close by. We had the most relaxing stay here and can’t wait to come back!
Getting married at The Lin Beach House
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
