My parents and I stopped in for lunch. When we arrived we found parking not too far. We walked into a cute restaurant right on the beach. Colleen was our server and she was great!
Beautiful day on the boards with the family ended at Oceans for dinner. Excellent service from Jesse and his trainee, great pizza and ambiance. Highly recommend the Heights (chicken + Vodka pizza). Will be back again.
As a former bartender, I like to sit at the bar and watch the action as well as the bartenders. Last evening I can say without question that Tom G was on his game. He was handling the service bar as well as a handful of patrons in the general area.
We had a wonderful early dinner outside. Atmosphere was great with live music and beautiful views of the beach and ocean. Service was very good and so was the food!! My favorite was the crab cake over tater tots and the burrata, peach arugula salad.
Getting married at The Ocean View - Restaurant
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
