I just got married here on May 19th and I cannot rave more about this place! The location was perfect, and the staff was super accommodating. My guests are still raving about how amazing the venue was. They loved playing cornhole, hanging out on the back deck, and dancing on the dance floor.
We got married on 5/20/23 at the Osprey’s at Belmont Bay and it was the perfect venue for us. From our initial visit to tour the venue we knew that the Osprey’s was the place we wanted to say I do.
I love this venue ! 💯❤️ I actually came across it randomly doing a friend's wedding here the first time! The venue managers and assistants loved my work as a wedding cake artist. And they added me to the preferred vendor list and I have been creating wedding cakes here for the past few years.

First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge.
