From the reviews
My stay at the Ritz-Carlton Fort Lauderdale exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and valued. The hotel is beautiful, impeccably clean, and perfectly located right on the beach.
Had an amazing day pass here at the wonderful pool overlooking the beach. All of the staff were exceptionally helpful and pleasant, and all were willing to assist immediately and with a smile.
The overall experience was good, and the staff was courteous and helpful. The location and service met expectations. However, the hotel would benefit from renovation and modernization, as some areas appear outdated. With some upgrades, this property could offer an even better guest experience.
Ended up dining here by accident (did not stay at the hotel) and it was the best food I’ve had in all my trips to Florida. Add in the location and great service while on the property, and I felt compelled to leave a review as a thank you. Loved the juice bar to start the day too. Thank you!
Getting married at The Ritz-Carlton, Fort Lauderdale
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
