We stayed last night just for one night because we had a very early morning fishing trip close by we loved this motel it was very well taken care of you can tell if the owners and the people who work there take personal pride in the motel.
I loved this place!! When I was young my Dads side of the family was all there and I never felt like I felt at being at Sandy Point beach!! I learned how to swim and water ski in my young age! When I got older, I learned how to drive my Dads boat and the boat my dad had was a Speed boat!
Outdated rooms but cute and clean. The bathroom is a bit small. Office staff is friendly and attentive. I wouldn't refer to it as a resort but more of a motel. The AC units are in desperate need of being replaced, the room didn't cool off much. The view of Winnipesaukee from your back slider is beautiful though!
Getting married at The Sandy Point Beach Resort
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
