From the reviews
A lot of wildwood motels are getting old and outdated. It's nice to see that properties like yours are breathing new life into this nostalgic beach town while still holding onto its historic charm. Accommodating to families with or without pets, everyone feels catered to.
The Shore House is a charming, stylish retreat that perfectly blends comfort and character. The property is exceptionally clean, dog-friendly, and staffed by a welcoming team that made us feel right at home.
Stayed here recently with my boyfriend for one night. Such a cute place!! Retro themed but appliances/lighting fixtures/etc are new. A lot of thought was put into items provided in the rooms as well as a super nice property with tons of lounge chairs, cabanas, fire pits, cute lighting and decor, many opportunities to…
Thank you so much to the entire team for the wonderful stay. I can't wait to come back. The beds were comfy, room extremely clean and updated, luxury bath products. Great location.
Getting married at The Shore House Hotel & Residences North Wildwood
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
