Just had my wedding there on June 5th, 2021 and it was beautiful. Amazing venue that you rent from Wednesday to Sunday, so being able to set up in a relaxed pace was the best feeling. Low stress. Super charming Victorian era clubhouse overlooking the ocean!
My now wife and I can confidently say our wedding was the greatest day of our lives. Having it at the Water Witch for just our closest friends and family to enjoy for a handful of days was nothing short of magical. We fought back tears packing up and leaving the morning after the wedding.
The last of my childrens' generation to be wed was a niece who is also our miracle child who survived spinal meningitis. She was married at this georgeous venue overlooking Sandy Hook, the bays inside and the ocean outside the "HOOK." It truly was a very special, indeed delightful day!

Getting married at The Water Witch Club
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
