From the reviews
One can expect a good, consistently prepared meal here at Tuckahoe Inn over the years. The service is always spot-on, with friendly & courteous staff. Having brought a special needs & one with walking problems the staff was great. We were pleased to be on the porch overlooking the water with a window table.
We had my dad’s 90th Birthday celebration on Saturday and words can’t describe what a wonderful experience we all had! Everything was perfect! The managers, servers (especially Emily), atmosphere and food couldn’t have been any better! The table was set up beautifully!
Can’t say enough good things about this dining experience. Went with cousins who are local while visiting on vacation. Everything was top notch, the ambiance, the waterfront view, the food, the dessert, the service. Everything. Was. Amazing!
This historic Bayfront restaurant offers a charming dining experience with beautiful waterfront views. In the summer, you can enjoy live music that adds a lively and enjoyable atmosphere. It’s the perfect spot to soak in local history while savoring great food and entertainment.
Getting married at Tuckahoe Inn
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
