Recently I had the pleasure of shooting a wedding here (see below!). This beautiful venue is located right on Long Island Sound, providing a stunning backdrop for your special day. From the majestic ballroom to the lush gardens outside, there are plenty of gorgeous spots for capturing moments that will last forever.
I recently attended the most wonderful wedding here and I have today this is one of my favorite venues on Long Island. The grounds are situated right near the water and you can see the shore from the top of the hill when driving up to the old Guggenheim Mansion.
Beautiful club with water views both east and west. Tennis, paddle and club house amazing and the pros and management amazing too. Great dining options throughout the club.
Amazing venue for weddings and bar/bat-Mitzvahs. I love the atmosphere and the staff + kitchen staff is 10/10
Getting married at Village Club of Sands Point
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
