From the reviews
I'm a little biased because one of my friends is a manager there. However, I'm basing this review on the place itself. We went there for a Paint 'n Sip class. The room we were in was spacious and relatively new.
A hidden gem for rental space. Their spaces are beautifully equipped to handle a small party or they open up the sturdy dividers and can accommodate a large party or wedding. These spaces overlook the wonderful park and water views too!!!
Rented their outdoor Pavillion for a celebration of life. Was pleased it had lighting and outlets for us to use. Also there was a water spicket, but it was not working at the time. $50 returnable damage deposit. Wonderful playground and grassy area
Love the community services and welcoming staff. Spacious and clean. Love the children’s park with partial water views.
Getting married at Village Green Community Center
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
