Waterside resort is very well-kept. Beds are comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. We had the two bedroom unit and it is very spacious. We made friends with another couple they had a three bedroom unit, and that was nothing short of amazing. The property is very nice, the pool is completely amazing!!
The view is par: none. Unbeatable. The rooms are so spacious and clean! It's such a modern space but yet so homey. I appreciate how quiet it is. I'm from the city. I could hear myself think. I like that. The property manager, Geoffrey, was very welcoming and helpful, yet laid back!
Big & beautiful rooms! The rooms feature a full size kitchen & washer & dryer. 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms w/showers & tubs. One of the bathrooms has a jacuzzi tub. I nice swimming pool & gas fire bit. There's a beautiful dock & great views. Now for the only downside, Midges....
Location I'm sure throws many families with young children off. This Location is not really close to anything. So, if you want uninterrupted days, to look at the beautiful water and chill. This may be right for you!
Getting married at Waterside Resort
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
