We had our wedding reception at WaterVue and it was an absolutely spectacular venue. All of our guests couldn’t stop talking about how beautiful the venue looked. We used the decoration package offered with the rental and when we arrived everything was already setup and looked great.
Update: We finally had our wedding in Dec 2021. The venue was exquisitely decorated for Christmas which added just that extra special touch to our event! The venue manager, Ali, was super helpful all throughout the day and helped us with anything and everything we asked about.
10/10 HIGHLY recommend!!!! Beautiful venue that was perfect for my daughter's wedding reception. The view from the deck is lovely, especially at sunset. I had my wedding reception at WaterVue the end of April 2017 and it was fantastic! The great thing about WaterVue (to me) is that it's completely customizable to any theme or event unlike other venues that already have a prevalent theme or look.
Getting married at WaterVue at Brooks Street
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
