I wish I could repeat our wedding day 30x over! The Hemingway Home was the most magical venue - from the ceremony, to cocktail hour by the pool, to the garden reception under twinkle lights. The night flowed perfectly and we wouldn’t have changed a thing!

My husband and I just got married at the Hemingway house in February. I cannot rave enough about this venue and the staff. Vicky Furman was our coordinator. She was excellent, responsive, detail orientated and a calming presence through the whole process. All of her recommendations and suggestions were on point.
My daughter got married at the Hemingway Home and Museum on May 30, 2026. The entire planning process and event were pure joy. Ralphie Seger was our event planner and helped so much with vendor referrals, vendor communication, budget considerations, and providing options and ideas.

Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
