Just hosted a huge event here on October 1 2023 and it was wonderful! We used the house that had plenty of space for our operations, and several of the individuals settings. Rochelle hand decorated each and every space with our clients in mind. Charcuterie boards delivered to our VIP clients in the picnic area!
The owner was so amazing to work with, showed her a few Pinterest board ideas and she decorated way better than I could have ever dreamt of! Best part was I didn't have to set up OR clean up --literally the best stress free choice I made for my event! She also did the finger foods and displayed them so lovely !!
We booked this space for our pre-wedding barbecue with friends and family. The hosts were generous, friendly, helpful, and communicative. The property is gorgeous, with tall trees, and a nice lawn and field. Plenty of parking for our 50 guests.
I just attended a content day at this venue where I took photos with my business, and it was absolutely gorgeous!! The owner is so helpful and right there when you need her. The decor, the location, the ceremony space, & everything was truly beautiful! I hope to be back to take photos again!
Getting married at Wild Hearts on Whidbey
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
