We had our wedding there this past weekend on Nov. 11th and it was absolutely perfect! The venue comfortably held 150 people, provided tables and beautiful gold chairs. The venue shines and is very well maintained. Allison was beyond accommodating and such a pleasure to work with! Thank you for everything!
We had our wedding here and it was the best night of my life. Allison is amazing to work with. I loved that they have enough tables and chairs for 150 guest, made rentals so much more affordable. I also love that they have a commercial grade kitchen, the food was so good!
108 Budleigh was the perfect location for a reception for the research symposium I recently organized. The building is beautiful and welcoming and the layout - an open floorplan on the first floor and balconied second floor - was ideal for spreading out while keeping the group of 70 people connected.
Getting married at 108 Budleigh
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
