Absolutely in love with this new Venue!! We held our annual Wedding Expo here this year and had nothing but great feedback on the space! The upscale, modern and sophisticated aesthetic leans itself to many looks! The space is great for many different size and style parties / gatherings.
We celebrated an anniversary party at Waterfront Trellis and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The space is absolutely beautiful, with incredible views that made the night feel extra special. The staff was amazing—so friendly, attentive, and professional from start to finish.

It’s light & airy with tons of natural light and windows overlooking the downtown Manteo Marina and Marshes Light, the perfect spot for a special occasion! Convenient to accommodations and lots of downtown shops and restaurants!
Getting married at The Waterfront Trellis | Event Venue

First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
