My wife and I just enjoyed a great weekend at The Pearl! This boutique hotel is in the perfect place downtown Manteo where you can walk to all the local shops and restaurants. We stayed in the La Dolce Vista room. King size bed and the mattress/pillows were very comfortable.
Recently stayed at The Pearl for a trip and we couldn’t have been happier with our experience. The hotel was in a great location in downtown Manteo. There was lots of parking available and was in walking distance to lots of things. Every staff member we met was incredibly nice and helpful!!
This place is such a gem! Everything was perfect and beautifully inside The Pearl. The downtown delight room was so very spacious and the rooftop was dreamy. The downtown community is quaint and very walkable. Loved the board walk and shops.
Came here for a company Christmas event and was blown away. Everything from the vintage modern feel to the welcoming details was charming and thoughtful. And the service was outstanding: warm, friendly, and super helpful. Everything you could want from a boutique hotel.
Getting married at The Pearl Hotel
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
