From the reviews
We had a wonderful stay at the Andaz Maui! The resort is beautiful and the staff was great from start to finish. It has a little bit of everything, and my mom and I especially loved the adults only tranquility pool for some quiet relaxation. The food at the beach bar was delicious too.
Great property and great staff. Our favorite property to stay on Maui. An abundance of activities, great food, spectacular beach and an assortment of pools to relax (sun or shade). We prefer the condos with multiple baths and bedrooms along with living space, private patios and some have plunge pools.
We loved our stay here. Friendly and professional staff, beautiful grounds, clean rooms. Lots of space - you could always find a quiet area to relax. We stayed at three different parts of Maui on this trip and this was the calmest bay (with a sandy bottom, tide pools and snorkeling!) Plenty of chairs and towels.
Getting married at Andaz Maui at Wailea Resort, by Hyatt
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
