From the reviews
We had such a great experience at the beach thanks to Jordan. From the moment we arrived, he was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. He set up our chairs perfectly and made sure everything was just right so we could relax and enjoy the day.
The service is amazing here. There is staff consistently checking on you at the beach and pools to make sure you are comfortable. The spa services are wonderful, the concierge makes sure any requests are taken care of, the food at all of the restaurants are excellent.
Rooms are nice and big. Ours was upgraded but the only downside is a very obstructed view due to first level behind a wall of palm trees. Service here is excellent though. Jordan V.
Getting married at Fairmont Kea Lani, Maui
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
