Fantastic resort! Staff were fabulous, especially Brandy in the lounge. They all made you feel like they valued your business. Resort is in an ideal location between the restaurants of Holmes Beach and restaurants of Anna Maria - 5 minutes to both areas.
ried a day pass at Bali Hai Beach Resort and honestly… not impressed for the price. $90 for two people plus another $25 just to park — and that’s before the surprise $75 parking ticket because the receptionists failed to mention you can’t parallel park (and their lot was completely full). That alone left a bad taste.
My mom and I enjoyed a couple days at Bali Hai Resort for a girls weekend. We were impressed by the room and the resort grounds. We booked the lowest cost room, not expecting much, but ended up absolutely blown away by the size of the room and the patio that walks right out to the pool area.
Friendly service. Very clean. Salt water pool. games set up. family friendly. set up umbrellas n beach chairs. clean beach. no undertow or big waves. brilliant vacation. easy to get around. slow paced .
Getting married at Bali Hai Beach Resort
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
