LOVE LOVE LOVE IT HERE.... perfect little place on the beach, within walking distance to tons of food options. Great family location and beautiful beach. Everyone in the office is super friendly and very helpful. This is our 2nd year coming for spring break.
Visited a friend's condo. Nice place! Lovely views. A tad bit dated but beyond that, pretty good. I live about 5 minutes from the beach anyway, but it was nice to be finished and be able to get a shower and not talk sand in my vehicle. Good distance from restaurants, 5-10 minute drive from the new Seminole Plaza!
Been an owner for 13 years. Never exchanged our week. Staff is awesome! Rooms are spacious. If you ever want a place to rest and relax this is it! Great views of the Gulf and ICW. Love my time there.
The best beach side location ever. I watched Dolphins feeding in the AM from my balcony, it made my day 🐬 Sunsets are PRICELESS.
Getting married at Bay & Beach Club
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
