We spent the weekend at the Come to the Well property. Our group loved the house and the view was great each end of the house had a balcony. The only downside was there were no basics in the house like trash bags, dish washing tablets, not even a salt & pepper shaker.
We have come to surfside for 5 consecutive summers now. Have never had any real issues with any of the properties nor the staff. We will soon be taking our first winter vacation to the beach and once again will be booking with beach resort services. Very satisfied with this non touristy location and brs.
Our family totally enjoyed staying at the “Coconut” property during this past Easter weekend! We had only one small issue with the downstairs shower on Saturday morning.
We stayed at Coral Cottage - kinda chose this rental b/c it offered a beach wagon. This home offered EVERYTHING! Like not just an adorable fire pit, but tons of firewood - and fire starters. That is going the extra 2 miles ! Beach toys, boogie board, beach chairs. Inside, adorable sturdy decor.
Getting married at Beach Resort Services
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
