No floor map online. But I found the best rooms facing the water are 01 and 02 of any of the 4 buildings. So 101, 102, 201, 202, 301....etc. We stayed in 416 as that is all that was available. The 4 building with rooms on the west side all had good views. Rooms are small. Balcony is nice but small.
Best Texas coastal public beach🏖️. Very clean water, 24 hour beach access, clean, cute rooms with balconies and a restaurant on property with reasonable pricing and great food👏🍤😋, serving the Best Mai Tai I've had 🍹. Their back to the 70s and 80s, of you're old enough to remember fun with minimal restrictions🦅🇺🇸
I can’t say enough how much I enjoyed the stay. So friendly and polite. To be right on the beach I thought it might have an odor but not at all they keep it very clean. You can’t beat the location. Loved it and can’t wait to go back.
We loved this place so much, we are reserving a room every month during off-season! The staff was incredibly personable and helpful. The rooms are well cared for with excellent views.
Getting married at Ocean Village Hotel
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
