There are a few times in life if you’re lucky that planning and serendipity collide and you find the place and people who make a vacation beyond special. This is what I found with Bennet’s Beach Estate and the amazing owners and family legacy behind it - Leslie and Joyce.
Our stay with the Bennett Family on Key largo was absolutely exceptional. The property is located right by the ocean, offering stunning views and the soothing sound of waves day and night. The atmosphere is tropical, peaceful, and truly special.
My wife and I had dinner at with the Bennett family and the Sunset was implacable. The property is very well maintained absolutely beautiful. When you first drive in there is white Cinderella coach to the right which makes the property more enchanting. Joyce and her family Leslie & Reid are very accommodating.
We stayed at Bennett’s Beach Estate for the weekend and had an amazing experience. The beds were incredibly comfortable, everything was spotless, and the property was peaceful and quiet. The sunsets every evening were absolutely breathtaking.

Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
