My husband and I love Playa Largo! We love it so much we got married here. We have stayed here many times and find new reasons to love it each time we stay. The staff is excellent—they go above and beyond to make your time here special. They are so friendly and accommodating!
This is our third time back to Playa Largo- and it was extra special because we had our wedding here! It was absolute perfection from start to finish. We were treated like royalty- shout outs to Giam, Sahily, Ana, Fritz and many many more.
We went on our honeymoon at Playa Largo and will absolutely be back. The resort is beautiful. It is in a good location. The entire staff was amazing - but Sasha, one of the bartenders at the pool bar, was the BEST! He made our entire trip. Go see Sasha during your stay - you won’t regret it!!

Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
