I vacationed at Bluefin Bungalows with my nieces and their families and everyone loved it. The bungalows are comfortable and being right in the edge of the water provided beautiful views of the bay. What made our stay better was how amazing attentive and responsive Garrett was during our stay.
We stayed at BluFin Bungalows in the waterfront bungalows over Labor Day and had the best stay! The bungalows were clean and comfortable, and it was the perfect place for our couples trip. We even extended our stay while we were there and the staff was beyond accommodating, from start to finish.
Pleasantly surprised when we arrived at our bungalow…super clean, fully finished with everything we needed for our stay. The stand out feature, however, was its proximity to the water and the view…Sitting on the screened in porch listening to the lapping of the water was so serene and relaxing.
Cute floating bungalows with amazing views of the bay! Bungalows have a full kitchen, 2 good-sized bedrooms, a screened in porch and everything you need included! The staff was very friendly and super accommodating.
Getting married at BluFin Bungalows & Marina
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
