From the reviews
Flow on the Farm at Brooklyn Grange offers a beautiful sunset yoga experience on a stunning rooftop farm. While the views are incredible, getting there can be tricky—make sure to read the directions carefully.
Hor’duvres, drinks and dinner in the Brooklyn Navy Yard on a rooftop farm overlooking all of NYC. Loved hearing directly from the farmers on a tour around the rooftop, followed by a four course meal. Truly an incredible date night, enjoying the sunset, and making new friends.
I just planned a team building event for a group of co-workers at the Brooklyn Grange and we all couldn't have been happier with the results! Michele, their event coordinator, was wonderful to work with. She was so friendly and so responsive!
We discovered the Brooklyn Grange when we moved to our neighborhood about 3 years ago. It's a total sleeper amenity for area. We participate in their summertime flower share, as well as their special dinners and events.
Getting married at Brooklyn Grange @ Brooklyn Navy Yard
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
