The BK Venues' team is one of our go-to venue partners. They basically invented the private off-premise venue group concept and are dedicated and experienced. Their venues are unique, often historical, and as turn-key as you can find for a raw bring your own permitting, materials, etc. kind of space.
Had a wonderful experience with the venue! This past weekend I booked Dumbo Loft for a 1st birthday party. The space was very open and original to the time period it was built. I was impressed that on the initial site visit, the representative gave me ideas for how I can decorate.
I had an event at The Dumbo Loft 3/29/25. The BK Venues staff made several accommodations for us leading up to the event. Whenever I contacted them, I got a response right away. They were always helpful, courteous, and professional. I'm very happy we had our event at The Dumbo Loft, and I highly recommend BK Venues.
Went to a party at 26 Bridge and loved the space so looked into them for my own event in the future. LOVE how each location has a different vibe to fit exactly what you are looking for! I will be back soon!!
Getting married at BK Venues Event Spaces and Venues NYC
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
