From the reviews
We recently got married at The Dumbo Loft and it was a great experience! After losing our first venue due to a pandemic closure, booking The Dumbo Loft as a replacement, and having to reschedule...we finally got married on 03/19/22.
I had my wedding on 08/01/2019 at The Dumbo Loft. Since booking the place, the service was exemplary. This is an absolutely gorgeous event space which is affordable too! You can decorate based on your theme which is what I wanted to. It is ideal for your rustic wedding them. Mine was a library themed wedding.
Absolutely stunning venue. A dear friend got married here and it was beautiful. Exposed brick and very modern bathrooms. And the location could not be more ideal.
I recently had the pleasure of photographing a wedding at The Dumbo Loft, a charming and versatile event space nestled in the heart of Brooklyn's Dumbo neighborhood.
Getting married at The Dumbo Loft
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
