The staff have been extremely friendly and helpful! I'm here celebrating a birthday, and they had have helped make it feel even more special. The room is beautiful with a fantastic view, and the entire resort has been spotless the whole time I've been here. You can't beat the location either!
I recently stayed at this hotel and wanted to share my experience. While the location is great, I was somewhat disappointed with the overall condition of the room. There were numerous scuffs and stains on the rugs, and the cleanliness of the suite did not meet my expectations.
Excellent ocean view! The facility was clean and service was good. Rooms are a little dated but for the price I think it was fair. Nice amenities with work out center, multiple pools/spas, volleyball, pickleball/tennis court, outside fireplaces. They are trying, that's for sure.
Getting married at Carlsbad Seapointe Resort
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
