Absolutely would come back here again! Rooms are spacious and elegant, service here is on point, and the view.... breathtaking. I watched the sunrise from bed. Does it get any better than that?? Chocolate martinis in The lodge paired with their complimentary cheese and crackers was fantastic.
Currently staying at Church Landing at Mill Falls, and everything has been outstanding. Day 2. The lake views and atmosphere are beautiful and relaxing. Tiffany has been incredible — she has gone above and beyond to make sure our stay is exceptional. Truly top-notch service. Highly recommend!
Lunch at the bar after locally hiking. Usual spot for post hiking, have never stayed, a wedding in progress while there. Wife LOVES the free cheese plate. Not inexpensive, but not crazy. Nice choice of cocktails and beers. Able to walk around property and sit and enjoy yhe views.
Had a great view of the red moon rising from our patio! You must explore the hotel: there was movie night near the lobby and we found a cute library and window seats, 3 pools (some indoor/outdoor).
Getting married at Church Landing at Mill Falls
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
