From the reviews
Standard-faire food but a great view and service. I had the fish and chips. Fish was Alaskan cod and I was really hoping they'd have local fish. My husband had the French dip, also just okay. We ordered the kids chicken strips for our 2.5 yr old. It was actually better than our dishes.
Exceptional chowder - clams, cod, leeks and bacon - delicious. Visited for an early dinner after an afternoon at Dillon Beach with my dogs. The views from the restaurant are gorgeous; Highly recommend making this part of a North Marin/Sonoma Coast trip!
Delicious food and friendly atmosphere, beautiful view of the ocean too. Service is casual and simple, we'll be back!! Ps: please get real wine glasses to serve wine ;) it doesn’t deserve to loose a star for that but good wine deserves a proper glass.
Delicious food, excellent and super friendly service, beautiful setting. Really couldn't ask for more than that. We got the fresh corn and peach salsa and chips as an appetizer. Highly recommend!
Getting married at Coastal Kitchen
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
