EBYC is a place I'm glad not more people know about. The beach isn't crowded, so it is much more relaxing. You'll find a quiet, laid back atmosphere. The bay is off our balcony and the beach is right across the street. They have bayfront and beachfront rooms.
Every Room has waterfront view! Place is 5 Star Resort! Staff is on point. Location is champ...walk to EXCEPTION restaurants, stores, beach, it is a hidden area we absolutely love. Boat at dock, fishing, park trailer, pool, hot tub, full suite set up, turn key, grills, walk the beach too🏖😎
My wife and I took our first trip here about 5 years ago, loved the place so much we bought our own timeshare it’s like a personal slice of heaven we get to visit once a year. This year was extra special as we got to introduce our twin 2 year old boys to this lovely resort and beach.
Great place for recreation or just relaxing. Beautiful views and friendly people. Enjoy coming each year and not enough time. Sunrises in the morning out our balcony sunsets off the beach. Awesome to see dolphins swimming right off the docks.
Getting married at Englewood Beach & Yacht Club
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
