From the reviews
Quaint, older property. It is in good repair. Clean grounds, clean beach. It is nice to have a private beach. It is very lovely and quite warm. It is turtle season, meaning they are laying eggs all over. It's against the law to mess with them or their nests in the least.
Great place for purchasing or renting a time share. We have visited sea oats 5 times. Affordable price for a great on the beach location. Nice deck with gas grills to cook with, nice pool, and hot tub. Has the "old Florida feel" seems dated but everything well maintained.
Excellent stay. Affordable and beautiful views with access to the beach right there. Easy to get to Publix and several options for thrift stores and other activities on the peninsula. Nice fire pits and pool area with hot tub and shuffboard as well
Nice cozy atmosphere with good amenities such as a swimming pool, hot tub, and shuffleboard “stadium”. It’s on the beach and convenient to bars and restaurants. Rooms are small and in need of renovation. Friendly staff!
Getting married at Sea Oats Beach Club.
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
