Amazing experience. We were here for a wedding and it was so wonderful. Rooms were super cute and very clean. The host were so nice and helpful. The breakfasts were unbelievably good. We cannot wait to come back.
We stayed at the Fox’s Lodge over a weekend and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The rooms were homey and clean and very cozy. We stayed in a recently renovated room that fit 3 people well! The bathroom was quite large which was really nice! The owners are very friendly people and extremely accommodating.
The Lodge is a little slice of heaven on earth. I felt cared for and comfortable, like I was staying with an extended family. Little cozy spots to tuck away and enjoy the property outside of your room was the best part. Can't wait to return. Thank you Jerry and Tracey for your kindness and hospitality
The owners Tracy and Jerry were so nice. Beautiful lodge and a beautiful setting. They have a nice fire pit. We want to come back next year.
Getting married at Fox's Lodge at Oak Pointe
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
