Our stay at Hawks Cay Resort was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived, the property & hospitality swept us away—it’s gorgeous & perfectly captures the relaxed luxury of the Florida Keys. We spent our days lounging by the pristine pools & enjoying the incredible views.
First visit to Hawks Cay Resort this past weekend was amazing! From the moment we drove to the resort and walked through the property everything was beautiful! The staff opened the doors for us and greeted us with welcomed smiles.
This was our first visit to Hawks Cay and the Keys, traveling as a group with four kids aged 2 to 6. We had an amazing time! Even though the splash pad area wasn’t open, the resort was very family-friendly. We stayed in a Premium Villa, which allowed us to cook our own meals.
Had an awesome stay at the Condos! It's pretty centralized in the keys so you've got pretty quick access to the other keys activities. Justin was also very helpful and funny. He helped me and my family by the Sunset Pool. The Condo we had was two king sized bed rooms and another room with two queen sized beds.
Getting married at Hawks Cay Resort & Villas
Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
