This place is nice, clean, comfy, and right on the beach. We were on the 2nd floor where we didn’t have a private balcony, but could walk out onto a large shared balcony with an even better view. It is right on the beach, and the very end of the north side of the boardwalk.
have stayed in this hotel on several occasions over quite a few years. service has always been wonderful and rooms are always comfortable and clean. nice partial ocean views from the balcony on the regular rooms and the oceanfront rooms are absolutely fantastic.
I was very happy with my stay. My room was very spacious and appeared exactly as advertised. My room and property was very clean and tidy, and staff were very friendly and welcoming. The location is absolutely perfect. I will definitely be returning!

First, see the ceremony spot at the exact time of day you'd say your vows — a west-facing beach glows at sunset but bakes at noon, and you'll want to feel the wind, watch where the sun sits, and walk the path your guests take across the sand. Second, bring your real questions: the weather backup (where does the ceremony move if it rains or the wind kicks up?), who pulls the beach permit, the sound-ordinance curfew, the catering and bar policy, and exactly what's included — chairs, setup, and teardown on sand are where quotes quietly diverge. Peak beach dates book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
